Advancetex International celebrates 12 months in operation by opening an office in the USA.
On the anniversary of our first year in Australia, we have commenced operations in the USA giving us locations on 3 major continents; Australia, South America and North America, strategically positioned to service major industrial markets.
Operations in the USA are under the direction of Greg Zilker. Greg joins us after a 35 year career in Industrial Technical Textiles and field development generally involved in liquid/solid separation and filtration. As the author of four US and International patents, Greg brings Advancetex global operations a wealth of applications knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Central Qld Industry Golf Day
Advancetex International, along with two of our Industry Partners; HVAC and Industrial Decontamination Services, recently held our inaugural Central Qld Industry Golf Day.
40 players gathered at Rydges Yeppoon Championship Course late in June for a fantastic day of golf and hospitality. The day commenced with some reserved comments on ability from some quarters but as the sun rose higher, so did the challenges – yet not necessarily the skill level!
Advancetex, HVAC and IDS would like to thank all of the attendees from over 10 companies for a great day. We certainly had a great time in a relaxed atmosphere as we hope you did too.

Steel Mill Installation
Advancetex International, along with Canterbury Filter Services, our Partners from “across the Ditch” recently carried out a Turnkey Project for a Major NZ company to supply and install approximately 5,000 Filter bags into a Steel Plant. The initial enquiry came through for the project to be carried out over 10 weekends with completion by the end of June.
Advancetex and CFS proposed that the project be completed over two weekends to minimise potential production impact and reduce overall cost. We worked with the customer to discuss and clear the issues and demonstrated our approach and ability to completing the project in such a short time frame and initial concerns were soon put to rest.
Our Project Leader; John Jensen applied his many years of experience along with his planning and management skills to bring the whole project successfully together with a glowing report from the customer.
