System Maintenance Audits
Our experienced Service and Maintenance Team can come to your site and conduct a comprehensive audit on your system identifying faults and carrying out rectification work.
System Design Audits
Through our Technical Partnership with HVAC, we are able to offer a service where a complete design review is undertaken of problem systems reporting faults and scoping solutions. This type of work can be carried through to complete rectification including replacement systems where required.
Flow Testing and System Balancing
Problem systems that have been modified over time can sometimes be easily rectified by balancing the system. We can provide this service where necessary to ensure your system is operating to its maximum potential.
Leak Tests
Advancetex International supplies a full range of Fluorescent Leak Detection Powder in varying colours and sizes. We can also provide the entire test and condition report if required.
Laboratory Testing
Returned Samples are routinely tested in or NSW laboratory. This service is provided free of charge for our customers and as a minimum will include; Air Permeability in “as received” and “after clean” condition and Tensile Strengths. Further tests are available on request.
Advanced Application Trials
We routinely run field trials in conjunction with our customers to develop solutions for individual applications.
On-site Training
Many years of experience have culminated in detailed training presentations on varied subjects relating to filtration and system operation and maintenance. These training presentations are detailed in format and can further be tailored to suit individual site / industry applications.
Disposal
There has been a drive in industry for many years to remove waste from used filters. Advancetex International works closely with our Technical partner; Industrial Decontaminations Services, to clean and in some cases, recycle used filter media. We are now positioned to offer a true “Cradle to Grave” solution i.e. Design, Supply, Install, Remove, Recycle.
