Advancetex international has a fully operational laboratory facility installed in our NSW Office and Warehouse. Here our experienced technical team works with returned samples from customer sites to firstly identify and report on filter failures but also to develop solutions to those failures. This information is developed in conjunction with our field sales and service personnel and constant interaction with our customers.
Fully detailed laboratory reports are then provided to our customers.
The information we gather from this interaction allows us to work with our customers to develop the next generation of both medias and filters.
This laboratory is also where we perform quality checks on our own Medias to ensure we provide the customer with the right product every time. |
